Day 7 – First Week is OVER!
Our recommendation for CrossFit beginners is to complete 3-4 workouts a week. This will ensure that your body has adequate time to rest and recover and to help prevent burnout and overuse injuries. During your rest days we encourage you to do some light aerobic activity like an easy jog or some stretching at home. For maximum results you will want to make sure you are changing your dietary habits by eating in moderation meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.DAY7
